Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear!

IMPORTANT UPDATE: The energy price cap increases by £96 from 1 April 2021. That means energy prices for anyone on a Standard Variable tariff will be seeing their energy bills hiked by around 10% from that date.

This is just a handy reminder of how long you have left before your energy bills head into the stratosphere.

Ok, where were we?

It means you are paying way over the odds for your energy – but you already know that which is why you are here, right.

But did you know by how much you are overpaying?

If you are on a Standard Variable Tariff with one of the Big 6 then you are literally throwing your money away – typically £300 a year. But it is not just the Big 6 (energy suppliers) who are taking their customers for a ride. Some of the smaller suppliers are even worse.

Think the energy price cap will help? Afraid not. In fact, as this research shows, you are actually worse off under the energy price cap than you were before it came into effect.

Ready to do something about it? Great.
