If you are an existing customer who signed up for an All Online tariff you get a discount of £7.50 per fuel per quarter for managing your account online. That’s £60.00 a year for dual fuel. This means that, unless it is an emergency, if you contact OVO Energy by phone, email or online contact form, you will lose your quarterly discount. So check first, or it could be a very expensive phone call.
